Separation of Powers: Why Blaming the President is Incorrect
We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America. For those unfamiliar, this is the preamble to the Constitution of the United States of America. I will be referring back to this as well as other parts of the Constitution throughout the article. I chose to open with the preamble because it sets our baseline of what we're trying to achieve as a nation. Let's break it down.
